Ok Then Follow the Instructions given below:-
1.right click on the My Computer Icon on desktop & Select Manage Option from right click Option.
2. Then there is A new Window of "COMPUTER MANAGEMENT" will open.
3. Select Disk Management from left hand side Menu Options.It Open dialog box of Disk drives in Your Computer.
4.Right Click on the C: in there itself And Select "Shrink Volume" Option From Menu of Right Click.
5. A New Dialog Box will Open. Windows will Itself will show You desired Size.Do Not Modify Anything.
6.Just Click On "Shrink" Button.Then Wait And Your C: Drive Will be shrinked to new size.
To make New Partitions
7.After that then select the green bar below in Computer Manage Window with Free Space and right click on it and Select New "Simple Volume" to Make New Partition.
8.click next or OK there & Enter the Amount of Partition size To Enter.Then After that Click Next and next or OK.
Repeat steps 7 and 8 to create more Partitions again.
IMP:-
I Recommend You to Make only three drives Including C:.i.e After Doing The Above Steps There Should only

Thats it because if you make more Drives it Will Be hectic Control Data Consistency There
